The eReporter 2.0™

The eReporter 2.0™ from Micromax is an online reporting service designed as a management tool for use with The Recruiter 4.0™. The goal of this web-based reporting application is to provide managers with both general and detailed reporting of recruiting activity for their areas of responsibility -- local agencies, regions and nationwide.

eReporter 2.0™ is designed around you, the manager, and it enables you to select the type and level of detail for information that is important and necessary to report on your recruiting efforts. This information can include recruit sources, nominators, recruiting steps and assignments, licenses, forms, and tests.

Once these default items have been determined, your reports are "locked down" as default items to ensure that they are used correctly. This process is necessary to maintain the integrity of the report data and ensure that all participating agencies generate the same information. In operation, this web-based tool then enables managers to capture summary details right down to details on individual recruits in their system.

Accessing the dynamic web-reporting interface is as easy as visiting the Micromax web site at: http://www.micromaxinc.com and logging on with a username and password. Upon entering, you will be presented with a menu of customized reports built to meet your reporting criteria.

After selecting the desired report, you complete criteria screens that allow you to select: which level you wish to view the report from; the date range for the report; as well as report specific options. For some reports such as a pipeline report, you will have the ability to determine which steps and/or assignments you wish to view. The level from which you view the report will be based on how your company is divided and is established during the implementation of the service. The National View will always be the highest view level and will encompass summary data for the entire company. Beyond that you may have territories, regions, zones, etc. that you could select from.

Each view level will show summary data for the next lower level. For example:

  • Your company is broken down into Territories, Regions, and Agencies;
  • You wish to view a report from the Eastern Territory;
  • The report would show totals for the Eastern Territory, broken down by the Regions that make up the Eastern Territory;
  • If you viewed the report from the New York Region, that report would show totals for the New York Region, broken down by the Agencies that make up the New York Region.

Once you are viewing a report, you can drill down into the report data simply by clicking on the item you wish to view. Printing of reports can be done right through your Internet browser after selecting the view printable report option.
